Data Deletion Policy

At Wisdom Hub International Pvt. Ltd., we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal and business data. As a Direct Selling , we follow strict data integrity, audit, and compliance standards to ensure accurate transaction records and lawful operations.
This policy explains how to request data deletion, our processing timeline, and the conditions under which certain data must be retained.
1. Deletion Process
Unlike consumer applications, B2B and Direct Selling platforms involve interconnected financial records, bonuses, team structures, and regulatory obligations. Therefore, data deletion cannot be processed instantly.
Before deletion, we ensure that:
- All active contracts or gateways are properly closed.
- Outstanding invoices, bonuses, or financial obligations are settled.
- Dependent team structures are resolved.
- System-wide data integrity checks are completed.
2. Timeline & Retention Period
Once a deletion request is submitted, the account enters a “Pending Deletion” state. Final deletion is completed within 15 calendar days.
During this period, the request may be cancelled within the first 10 days. Requests cannot be cancelled during the final 5 days.
Bonus & Earnings Rule:
During the deletion period, bonuses cannot be withdrawn.
Regular earnings and referral income will continue to be credited.
Any remaining balance after final deletion will be transferred
to the company account.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
- Visit the official Wisdom Hub International website.
- Scroll to the footer and open the Legal Compliance Center.
- Select Request Account Deletion.
- Monitor your request status via your dashboard or email.
Alternatively, you may email a formal request from your registered email address to legal@wisdomhubintl.com.
Your email must include your username, registered email, and the following statement written in capital letters:

4. Tracking Your Request
Email Notifications
- Day 0: Acknowledgment of deletion request.
- Day 15: Final deletion confirmation.
Account Dashboard
While pending, your account will display a “Pending Deletion” status with the scheduled deletion date.
5. Data We Retain
Certain information must be retained for legal, tax, and regulatory reasons:
- Invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Security and audit logs.
- Anonymized analytics data.
- As required by Nepalese law, Direct Selling records are stored until the end of the applicable fiscal year and deleted thereafter.
